Welcome to Fasta! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fasta's website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

2. Vendor Rules and Product Listings

If you are a registered Vendor on Fasta, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, including prices, availability, and descriptions. Fasta acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not directly responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised by Vendors.

• Vendors must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the sale and delivery of goods.
• Fasta reserves the right to remove any product listings or ban Vendor accounts that violate these Terms or promote illegal activities.

3. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

When you place an order through Fasta, you agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable delivery fees and taxes. Once an order is confirmed by the Vendor, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or restricted entirely depending on the preparation status of the order.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their original content (excluding User Content provided by Vendors), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fasta and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Fasta.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fasta, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
